Bride Comment: 2010-06-21	I ordered my invitation through David's Bridal online. We had some difficulty ording because they were in the middle of changing their website. One day they had the invitations we wanted and then gone the next. We had trouble getting the wording to line up properly, so we called their help line. That was a waste. We changed the invitation to something else. Once we got the invitions and sent them out, I realized that they did not send us the ribbons that are included that we paid for. They still looked really nice. I suggest getting samples before placing an order. One sample I got, the paper was nothing like I expected it to be. It was like tissue paper. They do however still have the best prices around.

Bride Comment: 2009-07-13	This store claims to pride itself on customer service and specializing in the bridal industry. This store is horrible. I made an appointment to view their invitations. I told the sales person that is what I was coming in for. I drove over an hour and when i got there, I was told their invitations were only done over the internet. I gave the name of the person I spoke to and she didn't remember speaking to me even though it was written in the appointment book.
