Bride Comment: 2009-11-01	THEY ARE THE BEST!!! I knew right from the beginning that I wanted them to cater my wedding. All of their chicken dishes are just amazing. If you choose them take advantage of the taste testings they do once a month. You will not be disappointed with these guys! They staff is very professional and very helpful.

Bride Comment: 2008-10-24	This company was very rude. I met them the first time at a Bridal show then was invited to a smaller event where I could taste their food and view their menu. When my father called he was greeted nicely and ended the phone call on a good note, and he felt confidant about Delectables. However, when I went to the event, my father could not join me because he lives in NY. He gave me additional questions for Marilyn. Well, I introduced myself and said that she had spoken to my father, and she acted a little standoff-ish. I proceeded to tell her that I liked to sit down with her for a few minutes and she shooed me off, saying she probably wouldn't have time. Clearly, I chose someone else to work with.
